Triscape FxFoto Guarantee

We guarantee our customers' satisfaction for a period of at least sixty days after purchase.  If you encounter a problem and we do not handle it to your satisfaction, or if you are otherwise dissatisfied with a Triscape product for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase price (less any shipping and handling fees).  Customer satisfaction is our goal.  To qualify for a refund, all supplied media must be returned and all other copies of the Triscape software must be destroyed.  Triscape may require a signed agreement that all copies of the software have been destroyed.  This guarantee applies only to products purchased from us and reseller policies may differ.

When you purchase a Triscape software license, you can receive free minor upgrades for a period of one year.  You can also receive free major upgrades (whose version numbers differ before the last decimal point) for a a period of sixty days.  There is a shipping and handling fee for upgrades delivered on CD-ROM.

While these policies are subject to change, the policies in effect at the time of your purchase remain in effect for your license.
