Complete documentation is contained in the FxFoto Help included with all editions.  We are proud of our Help documentation, which is a lot more extensive than what you find for most software products.  So please use the FxFoto Help as the first line of support.  Taking a little time to read some of the documentation may often go along way toward explaining things and solving your problems.

Before you ask us a question, please check to make sure it is not covered in the documentation.
If possible, upgrade to the most recent version of the software before contacting us.  Use the "Check Latest Version Online" command in the FxFoto Help menu to determine whether your copy is up to date. 

Please give us as much background as possible with your question, including the exact text from error messages and exactly what you were doing prior to encountering the problem.  We also need the Windows version, camera model and/or printer you are using, plus any other details that are relevant.
